Itinerary (St.Petersburg, Novgorod, Old Ladoga)
Day 1: St. Petersburg
Welcome to Russia! Arrival to St. Petersburg. Transfer to hotel. “Check in” at hotel. Spend the rest of the day preparing for an exciting full day of touring tomorrow!
Day 2: St. Petersburg
In the morning learn more St. Petersburg during our exclusive city tour “The "Golden Age" of St. Petersburg architecture” combined with visit to the Peter and Paul fortress In the afternoon you will visit the State Hermitage Museum.
Day 3: St.Petersburg-Novgorod-St.Petersburg
In the early morning we leave for 190 km drive to the city of Novgorod. Enjoy sightseeing tour and admire Novgorod Kremlin with its magnificent St.Sophia. In the afternoon we offer you to visit Yuriev Monastery dating back to 1119 and the Open Air Museum of Wooden Art “Vitoslavlitsy”. Than we drive back to St.Petersburg.
Day 4: St. Petersburg
In the morning explore one of the most fascinating tsar estates of St. Petersburg Tsarskoe Selo, Catherine Palace and Amber room. In the afternoon we offer you excursion to St. Isaac’s Cathedral.
Day 5: St. Petersburg-Old Ladoga-St.Petersburg
Enjoy a 120 km drive to the north-east of St.Petersburg through rural area to see the oldest Russian Capital. The major sight in the city is the Staraya Ladoga Fortress which dates from 1116. Inside the fortress we will see St George’s Cathedral, another symbol of the city. We will be back to St.Petersburg late in th afternoon.
Day 6: St. Petersburg
Check out” from hotel. Transfer to the airport.
